Malta Freeport Corporation Ltd — also known as the Malta Freeport Authority — is the official state entity responsible for regulating and supporting operations within Malta’s Freeport area.

Established under the Malta Freeports Act (1989), the Corporation acts as both landlord and regulator, managing the land and infrastructure while ensuring that activities within the Freeport are conducted responsibly, efficiently, and in the national interest.
