The Ministry for Tourism in conjunction with the MTA Social Activities Committee (SAC) and ITS organised a social event with the aim of collecting funds for charity.
A cooking competition was held between Malta Freeport Corporation and other entities. This event took place at ITS on Saturday 14th November. The recipes were cooked and presented to a panel of judges. Points were given for taste, presentation, originality and hygiene. All plates and participants were professionally photographed, and all the recipes were combined into a recipe book.
1000 copies were printed and sold at €5 each. All proceeds were donated to the Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation.
